Quontic, (Q) offers very competitive high savings interest rates. Before transferring a lot of dollars into the account I wanted to test how banking with Q actually worked. First thing I want to do was transfer in more dollars. Unfortunately, there are no instructions on their website or in FAQ on how to transfer in more dollars beyond the initial deposit. I want to push dollars into the Q account from my bank. I sent an email and received an immediate response which was very helpful. However I didn't know I had a response. After waiting a couple of days I did some exploratory navigation and found the response. It would have been nice to get an email notice that I had an answer in the Q system with a link or at least directions on how to find the response. Again it was a very informative response. One of the other things I want to test is how to transfer money back Q to my other bank. Seems I have to wait a month before this functionality is available. Again I'm not comfortable transferring more dollars in until I understand how to get them out. Looks like I'm on hold for a bit longer.

I am a new customer of QuonticBank. I found there account interest on their high-yield checking most attractive, their website easy to navigate and their pay ring that looks amazing. It was so easy to deal with them. Much easier than the so-called big banks. I receive my pay ring information and then my pay ring which I use is a debit card and everywhere I go people tell me it’s the most awesome thing. I feel like a trailblazer. Thank you Quontic

My experience so far has been very good. My only issue to date would be the process of making a deposit to my account. Depositing the initial $100 was very easy but to make additional deposits the process is not so smooth. I am surprised it's not a bank to bank transfer.

Great service

I recently opened a CD account online with Quontic. I intended to open a one-year account but I ended up opening a 5-year one by mistake. Called customer service as soon as I found out about the mistake. A customer representative asked me to wait for a follow-up call because she was not sure I was allowed to change the term. Later on the same day, I received a call from a representative named Karren letting me know that my request has been handled. What a relief because otherwise, I would either have to wait for 5 years before I can withdraw my fund or terminate my CD earlier and pay for an early withdrawal penalty. Thank you, Quontic team, your timely response is truly appreciated.

It has only been a couple of weeks since I opened my savings account but I must say my transactions have been smooth and easy. When I called customer service with a question I only waited a few seconds for the rep to answer. That is unheard of these days. I hope my experience with Qountic Bank will continue to be as good as it is now. Thank you.

Their customer service has been great. I've been able to talk to people almost immediately and get very quick email responses to questions. The only thing I haven't been thrilled with is the website is awkwardly arranged and it's difficult to find things, as is the app. Other than that, I'm a happy camper. Having tested it out for a couple weeks, I plan on switching my banking over to Quontic.
