I had an okay experience with Quontic bank. I liked the fast closing but I disliked the bate and switch on the interest rates. They overcharged me on closing cost and I wished I shopped around more for a better mortgage lender. I most likely won't use or recommend them again for my lending needs.

My experience with Joseph and his team went above my expectations. Their profile says they operate outside of the box and it was so true, as I did an out of state purchase,with a FHA loan, everything was a challenge, but they were able to overcome and brought me to closing. THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB!!

Allowed a bank account to be opened in my name I did not open. Also the 2 $500 transactions from my actual accounts was great. Got it back at least and now this statement came that I have a account with them.... um

I found a virtual branch of Quontic Mortgage in the Decentraland Metaverse and was skeptical about it being a real bank, let along a company that could help me with a real world purchase loan I needed in Miami. I filled out a form anyway because the bank advertised loan programs targeted toward self-employed borrowers. They connected me with their team, and Ray, Marcelo and Vasiliki were all incredibly helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. I spoke with several mortgage lenders during the home purchase process, and the Quontic team were the only people who were 100% honest and reliable throughout. I closed with them on my home purchase, and Quontic will definitely be my first stop any time I need a mortgage in the future. I highly recommend them!
