Good comunation

George (Hispanic pronounciation) was very well spoken, very attentive, very polite, very helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable on how the system works as well as the best way to maximize quontic banking for different spending styles and knew how to explain it simply in a way I could easily understand. My best experience with IT with this bank system so far, especially considering last year I had a very rough time trying to navigate. He has restored my faith in customer service.

Very easy to set up account and transfer fund in

We were in a bit of a bind bue to my medical bills and Ray and Patricia stuck by us every step of the way and didn’t stop till they found us a loan tgat worked for us.

I just setup an online high yield savings plan recently, and discovered the website was a bit lacking in options and clarity of how to do certain things such as transferring money from an external account. More navigation and options on the website would be helpful. When I called customer service to help me with this process, they were very friendly and helpful with my questions and resolved my situation for me. If the website was a bit more user friendly I would have given a 5-star rating!

I was helped very much by having a co-browser. I never had that kind of help before, but it was great.
