One of the worst customer experiences ever!! I receied a letter form the bank saying becuse I had not made any deposits or withdraws from my money market account my account was dormant. And as such I had to send them this signed letter and a copt of my drivers license which I promptly did. I then receive an encryped email telling me what I sent is not good enough and they now wnat me to take a photo of me holding my drivers license, ridiculous right? I refeued and told them I provided exactly what they requested and wanted to close my account. They then froze the account and told me if I wrote a check against it it would not clear. I finally got a supervisor to review this and open the account which I promptly closed. Their website is terrible and hard to use and the service if you can call it that is bad!! Find another bank and dont be lured by the high interest rates. It's not worth the agggravation!!

I’ve NEVER been SO frustrated in my entire life. Multiple attempts to move money to an outside institution & it NEVER happens. However…there was NO PROBLEM moving money FROM THAT SAME INSTITUTION to Quontic when setting up my accounts. I’m ready to move on. Two months later…..really frustrated.

The customer service has always been top notch when reaching out for assistance and/or help. My issues have been solved in a timely manner and all questions answered. The reason for four stars is the mobile banking and lack of some features. The mobile app is very slow and dated and does not include common features (Account numbers, credit score, ease of use etc.). As a digital bank Quontic seems to be falling behind on features (savings roundup, app features, outdated software. I will keep submitting feedback to the Quontic team. Update: Quontic could not get my direct deposit to work properly (payroll provider tried multiple times and Quontic support did not help).

STAY AWAY ! They closed my accounts with no warning. After multiple successful direct deposits and mobile checks deposits, they claimed one of the three checks I deposited a few days ago was fake. Not sure why. They won't say why. It was a legit payroll check.They actually accepted the other 2 checks. Same exact payroll company, same everything. But get this. Instead of reaching out, or rejecting the deposit, they simply closed all my accounts and cutoff all access to my funds. I can't even look at my account info online. No warning. And even after many calls back ad forward, they now understand it's not my fault and that there was no intention to defraud. Yet they are still closing my accounts and refusing to even let me look at balances, etc... They are sending me a check (yes, really) for the balance of my accounts. Will not tell me how much. This is absolutely insane. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Quontic is my first entirely digital banking experience. I did a lot of research, but was still nervous about making a commitment. Since proceeding it's been the best banking experience ever. I'll jump right to Customer Service. Forget the ChatBot vortex. Quontic has humans and they want to talk. As a newbie I had some simple queries and some harder ones. All the same to them. Plus direct messaging inside my account works perfectly for providing attachments alongside text. I have a checking account that bears interest worthy of the name, and a high yield savings account that's right up there for interest rate. Intuitive, easy to use apps - they may be a little aesthetically under-designed for some folks, but they work. Simple, responsive, accurate. Selected the debit and ATM card options when signing up and passed on the Pay Ring. Changed my mind and very glad I did. Finger measuring easy with the special tape provided. The ring is accurate size, looks great, and has to be the future of tap to pay, especially for coffee addicts who need to pay quick and get back to their table before it's not their's anymore.

This is my first online bank experience. I opened a BTC cash back checking account today! With a no cost wearable! It is all very exciting. Customer Service was called at least three times today and each of the reps were knowledgeable, pleasant, and resolved each issue without any delay or ring around the rosy. Response time was instant. I will likely come back to adjust this rating later, but currently my account reads $-501.00. I would love to find this online bank, in the year 2023 to be capable of quick and seamless transfer times. If not, I beg the question: is it a little bit or a lot of patience that will be needed in trusting this bank with my hard earned money? I look towards our future relationship with excitement and respect, blue skies and cherry pies. Hopefully I will not be let down. 3/1/23 Update: available balance no longer reads the erroneous $-501.00. Now, "available balance" reads $0.00 and the "current balance" is $501.00. It has been less than 24 hours since a transfer was made. 3/3/023 Update: Current Balance still at $501.00, while the "available balance" is still $0.00. It has been 72 hours since the transfer was made.
