Applied for a CD. First time. Went through the whole process including SS# etc. Then at the end, it told me i wasn't qualified for the acct and ended it. I am certainly qualified for ANY account at any bank. Bad vibe off this. Beware applying, giving out ALL of your info only to be told, sorry, too bad.

I've had a solidly trustworthy experience with Quontic for the few years we've had several account types there. I love their payment ring that requires no charging like a Smart Ring. It is very handy for quick small payments at tap terminals. My only complaint would be their low dollar limits for ACH transfers to external banks, otherwise it's been an excellent financial institution.
