I "won" a giveaway contest from this company's Facebook page for Halloween 2017. Nearly 3 months later I still have not received the prize ($50 cash) that was promised. I have been messaging the company and posting on their Facebook page for more than 8 weeks now, trying to determine if the prize money was sent via PayPal or snail mail. The only answer I have received was "Wait a FEW days." I am honestly upset because I had hoped to use the money for the Christmas holiday, but it never arrived. I understand that technically I am not a customer, in that I didn't purchase anything from them, but this experience has insured that I will not consider purchasing from them in the future.

Excellent service and support. Very prompt reply (withing hours). Their products are top of the line and they backup their products 100%.

Feedback for my current device

Better than advertised and saved a bundle over renting a tent. We made a frame for the base of a 30'x10' tent using 10' lengths of 1/4"x 4" moulding, which provided a sturdy foundation. Tent went up without any problem with 2 people. Result was just as good as what we were offered for a $2,000 rental. It disassembled easily, and we have stored it for future use.

Quictent US has always been excellent with no problems with my orders.

I have purchase several of these units in the past with different vendors product was flimsy and cheap. This time I ordered two and product was sturdier and of better quality one of the orders was missing an extension rod emailed customer support and they were awesome with how fast they responded to each one of my questions about claim and claim process. I received missing part within a week.

The tent is much flimsier that described on your website.

Terrible, terrible. I ordered a car port from these guys. Didn't get all the parts in the first delivery and the parts that I did get didn't have the correct quantity of each part. I asked for 2 more of part C and in response they delivered 1 part A and 1 part B. Now I have three extra part B, one extra part A, 2 short part C, and am missing entirely several other parts. It's a joke with these guys. I'm hoping I can just get my money back.
