We love our Quictent in the design and colors and style, however, the fabric on the canopy top is not very durable, and we are already patching it on the inside with duct tape. My old canopy (the frame got destroyed in a windstorm at a festival) had a much more durable canopy top.

Two of the parts of the Quictent we bought were damaged while we were putting the tent together. I contacted Quictent about buying replacement parts and the parts were replaced without charge even though we did not buy the tent directly from Quictent, Our customer service agent, Green, took care of our issue quickly, professionally and at no cost to us which we were not expecting, but very much appreciated.

I ordered a 10 by 20 tent. It came right on time. When I tried to put the canopy on, it was too small. Went to Quictent site explained the issue. The very next day received a message that they would have no problem fixing it . Ask for ordering info and sent a new canopy right away for free. Received the canopy a few days later. The whole experience was outstanding. Mr Green in customer service made me a life long customer. Every company should have a Mr. Green. Due to the top being small it made the frame of the tent bow and bent two pieces of the fram. Contacted Mr. Green again explained the problem asked if I could purchase two pieces of the frame to fix it. I fully expected to pay for them. Recived a text the very next day saying no problem and to confirm address, and no charge. Few days later Received texted that it is on it's way, be here in 3 days. Now that is service.! I will never have regrates ordering anything from Quictent again.

Green went above and beyond for my mistake in damaging our pop up Quictent 2 frame work in three different areas, They stayed with me trough out my emails and shipped me my parts at no cost to us. We have had our unit for over 5 years and have used it often. Thank you so much. Jones in Oregon.

A couple of poles we're bent on the connecting ends but were able to be straightened. Need better way of identifying plastic joint parts image leaves a lot to be desired.

We were really pleased with our 8x8 mesh pop-up tent , Then our grand dog in his excitement to see his girlfriend walk by snagged a hole in the tent. We contacted Quictent customer service and received a reply in 1 day and by the end of the week had replacement mesh in our hands and got Finn out of the "dog house". Thank you Green and Cellene for your prompt courteous service .
