I got the 6.6ft canopy. I have no issues setting it up..it took about 15 mins. Def recommend two people to put up, but I was able to take down by myself. Good qaultiy.

Wonderful product and excellent customer service!!!

The product never did come as stated. E-mailed them twice. They found out that there was a hang-up in the shipping number. (or maybe they were out of stock). Well every thing is ok now.

I bought my 10x20 pop-up 2 years ago and loved it from the start. My son and his friend used it one weekend and ended up bending one of the support poles. I contacted Quictent customer service and they were able to get me a new pole! I was super excited and it worked perfectly. Thanks again for your high level of customer service!

First, it's not commercial grade but the Quictent 10' x 20' canopy is pretty good for the price. We have had a couple of parts fail but the customer service has been outstanding! They ask virtually zero questions and have the replacement parts shipped out ASAP. We have recommended the Quictent canopy to neighboring tailgaters and they are impressed with it and the customer service we have received.

It arrived on time. Claiming it's heavy duty is an overstatement. But it's decently built. I hope that if anything breaks, quictent will warranty the part.

The quality is terrible, no way this thing will last long. It is only meant for light use. After opening it up, there were several dents in the tubing. There is also several holes in the fabric where the velcro is located. There needs to be more upright supports. It sags where the upright poles are trying to hold the center points up. etc.... Would NEVER recommend this to anyone. But the customer service is awesome, They are very helpful.

I bought a 10x20 tent and it was great. In the spring I would like to buy a 10x10 one.
