Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I do not know about anyone else but I do not like being lied to, I caught customer service lying in emails just to make a sale with no self-accountability. I have also asked several times now for the contact of a company manager with no response.

Absolutely terrible!! I was sent 6 frames trying to resolve a design and manufacturing problem. The frame would not expand and would not work! The company finally got tired of sending me broken frames and returned my money.

Outstanding Costumer Service, I purchased a 10x20 canopy tent with sides because it was on sale but never opened the box for a year to a year and a half. When I opened the box to my surprise it was missing a couple of pieces so needless to say I had no receipt or any proof of purchase of any kind. I explained my problem to a Mr Green and with no hassle no questions I was sent the parts that were missing. The canopy is not of the best construction but it does serve the purpose, it is well marked and easy to put together if you read the instructions first. A special thank you to Mr Green and his no hassle costumer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone because of the great costumer service also i recommend sending a email instead of calling much faster.

Thank you Quictent for responding so quickly to my request for a replacement cover as mine had torn open. They shipped the new cover at no cost to me and I had it in just a few days. The customer service is outstanding.

Quictent US responded immediately to my request. They were able to help me find the parts I needed and replaced them for free! I am so appreciative of this!!! We have enjoyed the tent for several years and will continue to do so for many more. I will definitely refer others to your site.

Hello. I want to thank Green at Quictent US. I had some wind damage to a Canopy Tent I bought from Quictent years ago. Several support structures were bent/broken. I did not have any paper work from Quictent on my tent. However Green was able to quickly send me a diagram of my tent. The parts I needed were sent to me very quickly, free of charge and it was very easy to reattached the broken supports. I very happy I bought my canopy tent from Quictent. Thank you Green!
