I paid extra for two different engraving images. They used the same image on both sides even though I attached two separate images. They did refund the cost of the second engraving image, but it really ruined the gift because the images were designed to go together. Two other glasses I purchased with only one image turned out great.

The glasses I ordered were custom made and they sent the wrong style glasses. Since it was custom ordered I can not return it. On top of that they do not answer their phone so I could not call to complain. The worse customer service.

Great engraving but sent me someone else’s glassware. Had to return that to get what I ordered.
