So my dad had a favorite mug which he cherished alot and got broken by my baby niece. I bought one of these for his birthday to try and replace it but the effort put into the mug looks mediocre :( For the price of the mug I was expecting it to he engraved. To start off the mugs ARE NOT ENGRAVED. THEY ARE ETCHED. That's a BIG DIFFERENCE. Secondly, the size of the image and the font did not match the size as I turned it in for development. The font was tiny and the image too. I was really heartbroken when my dad sent me the picture of the mug. I ended up buying my own $10 mug and meticulously engraving it myself with my Dremel using stencils I printed out. I sent it out and my dad and explained to him the situation and a few days later he called to say that he was happy. He said "Thank you for the mug. This one IS just like the one I had before!" So if you're not looking for a cheap lazy etched mug as a gift, do not buy from here. Do it your self. It's not very hard. All you need is the proper bits. Or try your luck somewhere else.

I had my company logo engraved on a few dozen pint glasses, and the quality was just not that great. The logo wasn't straight on many of the glasses - it curved upward on the ends. On a few of them, the logo was actually messed up looking, with the words being squished and not looking like the logo at all. Ended up handing them out to employees rather than bringing them to the conference we were planning to hand them out at.

Never received a notice or any correspondence from anyone. Only way I knew my order was received was by checking the charge on my credit card. Did not get a chance to approve before production. Ordered 6 vases, air bubbles in all of them. The engraving in two of the vases two letters were closed , solid g and a . In another vase air bubble appears in the last place you would like , it looks like a punctuation mark where one should not be.

Overpriced for the quality we received.

Ordered online and heard nothing for weeks. Called Customer Service several times and left message. Customer Service never called back. I had to call and reach the New Orders Department to get answers. When I have my order number, he told me they are way past that number and my order “must have slipped through the cracks”. They expedited my order and received today. There is a noticeable blemish on one of the 5 glasses I ordered but too late now. I will not order from them again. No apology for late and product did not come out great with blemish. They were in a hurry to fill the order.

I ordered etched glassware, mugs, and a pitcher on 3/26/19. I have emailed and called the company requesting an update on my order and an expected date as to when we should receive the proof for the order. No one has ever returned my call or email. Still waiting a month later.

Customer service was terrible. Had difficulty getting a hold of anyone in any fashion. Never received my proof, which is promised in your order prior to shipping. My items were just shipped to me with a different design than what I had submitted. So, I never approved the design and the glasses just showed up on my doorstep. I can only say that at least they didn't arrive broken.
