You were quick, accurate, easy to work with and the results turned out great. My son-in-law was very excited about his glasses.

So my dad had a favorite mug which he cherished alot and got broken by my baby niece. I bought one of these for his birthday to try and replace it but the effort put into the mug looks mediocre :( For the price of the mug I was expecting it to he engraved. To start off the mugs ARE NOT ENGRAVED. THEY ARE ETCHED. That's a BIG DIFFERENCE. Secondly, the size of the image and the font did not match the size as I turned it in for development. The font was tiny and the image too. I was really heartbroken when my dad sent me the picture of the mug. I ended up buying my own $10 mug and meticulously engraving it myself with my Dremel using stencils I printed out. I sent it out and my dad and explained to him the situation and a few days later he called to say that he was happy. He said "Thank you for the mug. This one IS just like the one I had before!" So if you're not looking for a cheap lazy etched mug as a gift, do not buy from here. Do it your self. It's not very hard. All you need is the proper bits. Or try your luck somewhere else.

First engraved wine glass I received had a slight imperfection in the engraving. I contacted them and they were quick to redo the order and ship out a new one. Second one I received looked great! Very happy with the quality especially for the price! Would have given 5 stars if the first glass I received looked as nice as the first.

The glasses looked great. One came broken but they replaced it for me.

Not a good experience. The product quality was very poor. I've been trying to reach someone at the company for 2+ months without success. They apparently don't care about quality or customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were quick on response when I had questions and so willing to send sample images to get the glasses correct before just doing them.
