Communication was not very good. I was sent an email of the proof but it went to spam so I never saw it. When I inquired I got no phone calls back. I finally got through to someone who was on his way to work to resolve the issue and at that point it as well taken care of.

The product was okay, extremely small print and was a frosted white color which made it very hard to read on the glass. It took over a month from the glass to be delivered. (This order was way before all this COVID-19 craziness). I reached out for a status update via email and received nothing back. I then reached out via phone and left a message and got nothing back. Days later I received an email stating my glass had shipped. This was a memorial gift to the sister of a dear friend of mine who passed away suddenly in December on active duty. I nearly didn't send the glass on to her because I was so upset how it looked and that it had been over a month to receive. I would never recommend this company nor will I even be ordering again.
