Had a really tough time dealing with this vendor. They didn't have the glasses in stock and had issues with Riedel that they were aware of but didn't tell me at the time of ordering. I couldn't really get a hold of anyone that could provide me with good answers. In the end we only got half of the glasses and they said they would refund the remainder, but they didn't do it until I circled back and requested the refund again.

Seeing a preview of the engraving of your choice is definitely a great feature. Allowed me to really feel more confident in the design I chose, and trust them on completing the actual product. Recommend getting the preview for sure. The engraved glasses I purchased were a gift, and they absolutely loved the look and personalization! Would order more sometime again.

I ordered an item billed on the site as a "set" of 2 glasses. I was sent less than half the order. When I asked, they said "the website is wrong, you only get 1 and I will change it on the website." I then told them they can refund 1/2 my order or fill the remaining, as I based my order on their published quantity. We are currently in dispute. They have not responded to the Attorney General. If they make this good, I will remove my negative reviews. However, check the Better Business Bureau before giving them your money. Check other review sites as well - quality is OK, but service and professional integrity is deplorable.

Unfortunately, my order did not turn out well (etching on pint glasses). We could barely see it. I called the company and left a message, no reply. I emailed, no reply. I called again and finally reached someone. I was told to send an email with a picture of the product and my order information. So I did. No reply! Even if the company did not want to provide a refund, I would have appreciated a response.
