Bad customer service, and return policy on product that is touted as impossible to break.

Paid to receive a proof to approve the artwork, but did not receive a proof. The mugs were engraved and sent to me, and there is a problem with the printing. I was told 'there is nothing we can do'; asked for a manager who basically said because of the holiday season, they were shipping them out with out sending proofs. And there is nothing they can do. So, we spent $142 on product that we cannot use. I left 4 voicemails and sent two emails before I spoke to anyone.
