This bike is great I am using daily to my work to home.

Could not find my keys to my QLife ebike. Called customer service and talked to Adam and explained to him.He resolved the problem immediately TQLife has great customer service and a great ebike.Thank You all for the help

I purchased a Qlife Spark as a Christmas gift for my son, as many families do. Unfortunately, things did not go according to plan. Within an hour of opening and riding the Spark, the bike stopped working. The next business day, I contacted customer support. They walked me through a few routine troubleshooting steps and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty controller. I was then transferred to a manager, Crystal, who immediately presented several options to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We chose to receive a replacement bike rather than wait at least a month for the controller to be back in stock. The replacement bike was delivered today, less than a week after I was transferred to Crystal, which exceeded my expectations. I am giving Qlife five stars because issues can happen with any company; what truly matters is how those issues are handled. Qlife took care of me as a customer, and that level of service is absolutely worth five stars. I am confident I will purchase more bikes from them in the future.

In my ongoing support request the support team has been responsive and has provided options to get to the fastest resolution possible. I recommend buying from Qlifebike because their support is dedicated to resolving issues should you run into them.

Qlife’s customer service/ support were expeditious in their reply but went above and beyond when it came to resolving my issue. A++++
