It's a rickety ride. Not smooth feel every bump in road. Should have gotten the tryke with fatter wheels.Seat very uncomfortable. Tried to find a better seat but no one sells seats compatible with my tryker. Not even qlife sells them. It's top heavy and tips if you arent careful on turns. It needs a wider base. I love the convenience. Especially for seniors that can't drive anymore or don't have a car.

Bad customer service. They are slow to respond and slow to send replacement parts.

The bike came longer than expected, which was fine. However once we finally received it 3 weeks later it stopped working after 30 mins. We charged it up overnight and still nothing. It has been nearly a week and customer service still hasn't followed through as they said with a return label or shipping info for a new bike. Terrible. Never buying qlife again.... **UPDATE** After finally getting a response, they asked for me to send back the battery and keys of the defective bike (it was the motor that was not working..), and only after receiving that would they send a new bike. Keep in mind the original bike was bought in November for my son's birthday (it was posted the original bike would be delivered by Nov 24 which would have been in time for his surprise present). At this point it was getting close to Christmas...and my son still had no bike. We did not receive an operational bike till after Christmas, and a month after my son's birthday. They told us we did not have to return the battery amd key afterall. The replacement bike was fine and worked, but it was not in the color he wanted. If we wanted the same color I ordered (black) we would have still been waiting. All in all the bike is a good bike thus far. It runs fine and he likes it. We made modifications to get rid of as much of the color he doesn't like (we got brown that was all that was available). If the bike is not a gift for someone and you don't need it by a certain date, this would be a good brand to buy.
