We had a problem with the bike, and could not figure out why the motor stopped working. After contacting customer service, they helped us diagnose the problem and mailed us out the replacement part right away. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond. We are very happy with the service provided. 5 stars all the way.

Got error 30 on my first qlife racer. We communicated, I sent back a new battery in order for them to send me a new bike. The new bike works! Great communication.

I had a wonderful experience. My E-Bike had issues with the motor, so I contacted them for assistance. It took a couple days through email for it to be resolved, and that’s very fast considering it was email and not a call or live support. I definitely recommend them.

My wife bought a QLife Spark for our grandson. When it arrived, I liked it so much, I wanted one for myself. Of course, my wife liked it also, so we bought another for her. With all three (3) QLife Sparks, we have had no issues with the bikes. They are awesome! The bikes are comfortable. The performance is excellent and reminds me of my 185 Suzuki. They are sturdy and solid. Highly recommend them and have done so on the EBike forum. We are looking forward to a long and happy relationship with QLife.
