Qlife's customer service is a warning to every potential buyer.
I purchased a new Qlife Triker in March 2026. It was delivered on March 20, and within weeks, mechanical problems began. Eventually, the trike became unusable. What followed was more than six months of emails, troubleshooting, unanswered questions, changing proposed resolutions, and repeated attempts to get Qlife to take responsibility. The product failure was bad enough. Qlife’s handling of the warranty claim made the experience far worse. I provided photographs and videos, cooperated with troubleshooting, and repeatedly tried to resolve the issue directly. I was initially led to believe replacement parts were being sourced, then told they were unavailable and directed toward parts and repairs I would have to arrange myself. Discussions about exchanging the trike for another Qlife model were followed by restrictions and changing conditions. Kaylin, Rosie, and Gary were all involved. Despite multiple attempts to get clear answers and escalating the complaint to a supervisor, I remain dissatisfied with how the case has been handled. Gary’s October 14 response focused on why Qlife would not provide both a replacement and additional compensation, without adequately addressing my broader concerns about months of inconsistent communication, unanswered questions, and shifting proposed resolutions. Offering a replacement does not erase the way a customer has been treated along the way. I have also been researching Qlife reviews and complaints across multiple platforms to determine whether my experience was an isolated incident. I cannot independently verify every customer's account, but what I have found has increased my concerns about Qlife’s customer service. And I fully expect the familiar response: “Dear valued customer, this is not the level of customer service we want or expect at Qlife. Please contact us so we can make this right.” Acknowledging a problem is not the same as fixing it. If customers repeatedly report frustrating support experiences, generic apologies are not enough. Where is the meaningful improvement? Where is the accountability? What changes when customers keep reporting problems? I have been documenting my correspondence, preserving the timeline, and researching publicly available reviews. I am not interested in another scripted apology that sounds reassuring but leaves the underlying concerns unanswered. I will judge Qlife by its actions, not its public relations language. A warranty means little if getting help becomes a months-long battle. Customers deserve consistent communication, clear answers, and representatives who follow through—not a frustrating cycle of explanations, restrictions, and repeated escalation. My advice to prospective buyers: research Qlife beyond its product descriptions and advertised features. Read customer reviews across multiple platforms and pay attention to what happens when something goes wrong. If you never need customer service, you may have a perfectly good experience. If you do, consider my experience before making your decision. Qlife, this is more than one broken trike. It is a serious failure in how my complaint has been handled. I gave you repeated opportunities to resolve this directly. More than six months later, I remain dissatisfied. The product failure started the problem. Qlife’s customer service is why I am warning other buyers. Another generic apology will not erase this experience. Accountability and meaningful improvement would mean far more.

Dear Valued Customer, We understand how frustrating it has been to experience ongoing mechanical issues with your QLIFE Triker, and we recognize the time and effort you have invested in communicating with our team throughout this process. After reviewing your case and our previous email correspondence, we would like to clarify that our team has already offered a replacement trike as a resolution to address the product issues you reported. We understand that you have also requested a full refund in addition to the replacement. However, we’re unable to approve both a replacement vehicle and a full refund for the same order, as this would go beyond the resolution permitted under our applicable after-sales policy. Our intention has been to provide a practical resolution to your concerns, and the replacement offer remains our proposed path forward. While we understand that you may have preferred a different outcome, we must apply our after-sales policies consistently and fairly. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and hope you will reconsider the replacement solution already offered. QLIFE remains committed to supporting our customers and providing clear, appropriate resolutions in accordance with our policies.
