QlifebikeReviews of qlifebike.com

The Qlife is exactly what my 13 year old son wanted. It is less expensive than other e-bikes but has great speed and the ability to be used as a regular bike as well. Customer service has been great and very responsive. I highly recommend this brand and bike to anyone looking for a cost effective, fun mode of transportation.

I ordered an ebike in November. I waited a couple of weeks before reaching out to ask when my order would ship. They responded that my order would be shipped on November 27. A few days after 11/27, I received a bag of accessories that was supposed to be free with my purchase, but not the bike. The bike still says it is waiting to be shipped. The company has not responded to any of my emails since then.

This company is a complete scam. Never shipped my bike, then told I would have to pay $100-$180 to stop the shipment and locate the bike. This was a last minute gift and I got taken for a ride (no pun intended) Run away from these people. This isn’t even a real American business.

Zero customer service. Never returns emails. One of their reps Mel she should be fired. Uses bots on chat. Stay far away from this company and e-bikes.

The bike came longer than expected, which was fine. However once we finally received it 3 weeks later it stopped working after 30 mins. We charged it up overnight and still nothing. It has been nearly a week and customer service still hasn't followed through as they said with a return label or shipping info for a new bike. Terrible. Never buying qlife again.... **UPDATE** After finally getting a response, they asked for me to send back the battery and keys of the defective bike (it was the motor that was not working..), and only after receiving that would they send a new bike. Keep in mind the original bike was bought in November for my son's birthday (it was posted the original bike would be delivered by Nov 24 which would have been in time for his surprise present). At this point it was getting close to Christmas...and my son still had no bike. We did not receive an operational bike till after Christmas, and a month after my son's birthday. They told us we did not have to return the battery amd key afterall. The replacement bike was fine and worked, but it was not in the color he wanted. If we wanted the same color I ordered (black) we would have still been waiting. All in all the bike is a good bike thus far. It runs fine and he likes it. We made modifications to get rid of as much of the color he doesn't like (we got brown that was all that was available). If the bike is not a gift for someone and you don't need it by a certain date, this would be a good brand to buy.

I love their e bike. It’s fast reliable, and not too shabby for a budget e-bike. Their customer service is also reliable and fast.

Amazing experience. Ordered bike for me son and wanted to change color. They were very responsive and intercepted shipment to ensure that they were able to send the color we wanted. Excellent service.

This is the second time for me to purchase the same e-trike from Qlifebike. What a great product with high quality.
