Really happy with this e-bike. It looks awesome and rides smooth, especially with the fat tires. Plenty of power for daily rides, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. My son 15 years old loves it, rides day & night. Super fun to ride and definitely worth the money!

The tri-e-bike is absolutely great to use. We purchased 2 tri-ebikes and I am 64 years old and it is rides smooth and very easy to maneuver and I am very uncoordinated 😂 I love when I have to stop I don’t worry about balancing right or left. We are expecting some parts from Qbike and I will do an update on how we assemble it. I highly recommend the tri-ebike and look forward to using them on our camping trips.

Customer service is horrible. Takes three to four days to get a response and it’s from someone in another country. Had a faulty bike took two months of back and forth to get a replacement sent out. They do not have an actual person you can talk to about any problems only respond to email and takes days weeks. Ok product with well below standards customer service.

Customer service was able to provide the next step to starting a solution, actbest technician team provided a detailed explanation of how to proceed with troubleshooting and offered to replace parts if needed with no additional cost. After tryouts and testing the electrical system they decided to provide me with a prepaid shipping label to return parts to be replaced

I’ve got my son a Q life bike a few months ago, unfortunately the bike battery mount had an issue, I reached out to customer service and even though it took a bit for us to figure out, I want to give a big shout out to Mia and the team that helped and guide me on how to get a replacement bike asap . They have no idea how much we depend on it. My son uses it to get to school, practice, and gym, it makes my life easier and my son is totally independent. It means a lot that they respond with great customer service. thank you Qlife team!
