I'm extremely happy with my Ebike purchase from Qlife! The bike is sturdy, easy to maintain and opens up biking to me again at 68 years old. Our garage collapsed from an ice load and Qlife replaced my damages at no cost after I was trying to purchase them. I highly recommend Qlife! Thank you so much!

Purchased the Qlife Spark. I have the black color which looks great. The seat is comfortable for long rides and has plenty of power even for an adult. Have had some questions and Qlife Customer Service has been very responsive and helpful.

I had a qlife racer with the planetary gears going out and they didn’t hesitate to help. They are very responsive and understanding about situations and I had a overall great experience.

When I bought their Spark ebike, the bike came defected, but the customer service was really helpful and wanted to help me. They told me the steps to troubleshoot the bike and found out the problem was the controller in the bike, so they sent me a new controller for my bike, which did not work. I contacted them after the controller didn't work and they gave me two options: 1. I have to wait 2-3months for a new display (which was the issue) or they can refund the bike, so I obviously requested to refund my bike. Then, they refunded my bike for only the two batteries and let me keep the frame of the bike. After a few months, I asked them if I can buy their display, but they told me they already shipped it to me despite the refund.

I had ordered a e bike that unfortunately was stolen off my porch. Tried getting a refund through Seel. Their 3rd party shipping insurance they offer and had horrible experience. Explained my situation with stolen package and unhelpful Seel at which qlife immediately took action and expedited another unit that got to me super fast! Great customer service. Great company!!
