The bike i have was great until the motor malfunctioned back in October and i have been waiting for Customer Service to send me a shipping label so i can send them the battery and keys, and when they get that then they will send me a new bike, it is now March and i still have no label, been going back an forth for months, and all they keep asking is for me to leave a 5-star review but you dont deserve that

I ordered my E-Trike and received it damaged….Fortunately I purchased the insurance which was a great thing to do….QLife worked with me greatly in getting a good fix for my E-Trike…It was a great experience working with QLife…their Trikes are solid and well built….I do recommend anyone purchasing a Bike or Trike to purchase the insurance too.

This company answers emails and answers the phone calls that the other e-bike companies didn’t do which is the reason I bought my bike from them! The shipping was extremely fast which really was a surprise!
