Standing behind your product- Given its price i was skeptical at Qlife's quality and willinginess to back it product. I am happy to say THEY DID! When we received the E-bike- I was suprized by the quality. It was well crafted and solid. My doubts was still there, Would it stand up to the abuse of College for my son. Fast forward 9 months, On a snowy day where the high temprature was 10 degrees the drive Axle seized. I was expecting to have a warranty claim rejected after a long drawn out process. To my suprise 2 quick emails and 10 minutes on the phone and a new drive wheel was sent. He was back on the road. THANKS.
