Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

The Elephant Puzzle is a gift. It took a bit of time to reach me, but Anna Brown responded to my questions and assured me of imminent arrival in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is lovely and my friend will love it. Thank you so much for the puzzle and answers to my questions.

I have ordered items from small companies in the past with some very negative experiences. I am so pleased with the customer service at Puzzles Up. They were very responsive and handled my concerns in a very timely manor until they were resolved. After all their help, the problem was on my end! They did everything right :-).

I did not receive my order so I reached out to Anna at Puzzles up who supplied me with a list of suggestions to try to find my order. After doing everything she suggested I still could not find my package. I reached out to Anna again, and was surprised at her immediate response. She was so professional and accommodating, and happily I will be receiving my xmas presents for my boys who just love these amazing products.

The tracking is completely off. The receipt states “Standard Shipping 4-7 days”. If ordering from within the United States the projected 4-7 day delivery isn’t correct. Shortly after ordering you get a tracking number that doesn’t work. You will eventually receive an email stating “Package Delivered”. Just means it arrived in the United States. The puzzle was delivered via USPS. I ordered a large puzzle which came out to $25.89 on October 14th, 2024. The puzzle arrived today November 7th, 2024. It is much smaller than expected. It will fit in a Christmas stocking just fine type of “small”. Comparing my experience with other puzzle purchase & quality this just wasn’t worth the time to track or money.

2nd order never received. Very different experience than my 1st order which was shipped & arrived within 7 days. It’s been a month & have not received the items of this 2nd order. Tracking info is deceptive/unreliable. Requested a refund. We will see if I receive it or I have to dispute the charges to receive a refund. Not sure what to tell you. Two very different experiences. It’s a risk to order. Customer service was prompt however. But we will see.

I just received my shipment yesterday so haven’t put any together yet. They look great and just what I was expecting. I contacted customer service after several weeks of not receiving them yet. Anna replied promptly. She continued to follow up with me and stayed on top of my order. She sent my tracking for the shipment and they finally arrived!
