I'm not happy with the puzzles, I expected suncatchers I am so unhappy I ordered more puzzles from another company

I have sent ny daughter their puzzles several years now. She loves the complexity. Some how one number in her address was wrong.it went to the wrong address, then back to the store. Whe. I contacted them they said they would resend it to the correct address Now that is what I call company service.

A five star puzzle! It took longer than expected to arrive, but when I contacted puzzlesup they were extremely helpful and made me feel that they would do whatever it took to satisfy me.

These folks are great. I was really excited to get my order, I had some special gifts to share. There was some delivery confusion, when I reached out Anna from Customer Service got back to me very quickly- it was as smooth as one could hope. This is clearly a company that stands by their products, the quality of service matches the excellence of their puzzles. I will buy more!

I purchased a set of puzzles a year ago and finally got around to building them this year. With wooden puzzles sometimes the pieces are delicate and very breakable.One piece was broken in the third puzzle. I contacted them and they made good on the puzzle. Not only on the individual puzzle but the entire set. With them taking care of me, I gladly purchased 8 more puzzles. Once those are done, even more to purchase.

Their puzzles are great. Their delivery service really needs improvement. I could drive, pick up my purchase, return home and put my puzzle together in the time Their delivery serve can get it to me.

I had a problem with delivery so I emailed them. They responded immediately and was very helpful. Delivery was verified. The puzzle is gorgeous and challenging.
