I had an issue with the delivery which was not punk ride's fault and they were very helpful in helping me receive my scooter

Hi So last month I purchased a Hidose B10 from Punkride. However long story short I have had many issues with the bike. First a faulty LCD display was replaced. Then I have had 4 flat tires. Now The bike has powered of and will not turn on again. While I was riding it just stopped and powered of. The bike was sufficiently charged. There has been a clear faulty bike sent out to me. This has honestly caused me much stress. If Punkride refund me the full amount for the E bike I will call it a day. And have a different opinion on there company. However for now this has caused nothing but stress for me.

Tried make purchase money got taken but there was no trace of my order and no confirmation from my purchase so emailed over and got told no trace of any orders active so cancel it waited for that lot of money to come back to me in the mean time I purchased again for second time and had same problem again so now canceling once again the second order because no trace of my purchase or no emails from confirmation order not a good experience should be pretty straightforward with order on there site but it wasn't one unhappy customer would not recommend.... you guys need to sort your company out absolute joke if I am truthful you guys never emailed me no tracking u guys couldn't find me on system and u waiting 46 hours until I stepped in and told my bank and they got my money back i am a new customer to your site and absolutely wasted 46 hours of my life on 2 orders to anyone who is looking into this site I would avoid unless you want to be messed around with the purchase avoid avoid avoid

Punk rider deducted the amount from my bank and i can't track my order! It says that neither my order nor my phone number exists? On june 7th. I bought an electric Punk Rider scooter, for which i received a confirmation, but i didn't get it yet. June 16th. I tried to call punk rider.com +15409217403, but no one picked up the phone, it always wnt to voice mail??? Mykola Dovhan Denmark

I ordered the iscooter i10 max on Sunday and received it yesterday the delivery was good and they reply to their emails pretty quickly so I would recommend ordering from here

10 days since i order, still nothing. Money gone from account first day. Update! Got it after 10 days, its ok för me, did already have one scooter, powerless, i did just longing for the rocket

Previously wrote a review and it’s still not sorted. They arranged for my bike to be collected and repaired. They told me the bike was fixed and I requested it be returned today which they confirmed, I have asked what was wrong with the bike and they have ignored my emails. Now they are telling me the bike hasn’t been returned to them yet. This is all really concerning as they now have my bike and my money!
