We completely understand how disappointing this experience must be, especially given that you selected our Fast Track Express service and expected timely delivery. Please know that once a package is handed over to the courier, it is unfortunately out of our direct control. However, we are actively working with the courier to track your order and provide you with the most accurate updates. It's also worth noting that the recent Easter holidays have impacted courier services and may have contributed to the delay. We completely acknowledge the frustration of having to seek local repair services, and we’re very sorry for the time, cost, and stress this caused you. It was never our intention for you to be left with extra expenses, and we’re genuinely sorry that our solution, offering to repair the scooter in our UK facility wasn’t suitable given the situation.
