I bought a Bluvall K10 bike from their website and delivery was very prompt ( about 2 weeks to arrive in Romania ). I had a problem with my front wheel and customer service was very prompt, offering me also a front motor exchange part ( my connector was broke ). Very satified!

Very satisfied. I ordered an iScooter iX7 PRO electric scooter in Romania, and it arrived in about 10 days. The product is high-quality. Communication with the seller was prompt when I asked for the tracking number. Overall, I was satisfied. I don't understand why they have negative reviews, though. There are probably people who buy it but aren't capable of assembling something simple with a screwdriver... I can't think of any other explanation...
