Dont buy from them! Terrible customer service I placed an irfer for an electric bike not tealising my son was to young for it so i did not open it left it excatly as it arrived and i wanted to just return it as it had nit been touched at all! Its been terrible to try and het anywhere with them they take days to respond and they now expect me to pay £135 to send the item back and i still don’t have a return label its been absolutely terrible trying to get anywhere with them so i would use another company if you are going to buy something like that

WOW, Just done my first 20km quick ride out and truly it was great, so far love this bike it is just right for me, easy to put together seems very well made and Punk ride have been great to deal with, covers tracks etc at a sensible pace happily, look forward to a days ride.THANKS PUNK RIDE, I will order one for the wife.

Wir haben den Roller iScooter i12 gekauft und wurden in keinerweise darauf hingewiesen, dass wir diesen Roller in Deutschland nicht zulassen können. Für diesen Roller erhält man in Deutschland keine ABE und kann diesen somit nicht zulassen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Firma Punkride wurden wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es ihnen leid tut und dass wir den Roller ja privat verkaufen könnten. Dies hat uns sehr enttäuscht, denn zurücksenden durften wir den Roller nicht und haben somit auch unser Geld nicht mehr zurückbekommen.

bitte überlegen Sie sich gut, ob Sie bei diesem Hersteller ein Fahrrad kaufen möchten. Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und bin bis heute mit dem Verkäufer zu keiner Lösung gekommen. Wenn Sie ein E-Bike in Deutschland nutzen und versichern möchten, müssen Sie zunächst klären, ob dafür eine Betriebserlaubnis bzw. COC-Papiere erforderlich sind. Ohne die notwendigen Unterlagen kann es Probleme bei der Zulassung bzw. Versicherung geben. Ich habe das Fahrrad gekauft und nach dem Zusammenbau festgestellt, dass keine entsprechenden Papiere beilagen. Danach habe ich den Verkäufer mehrfach per E-Mail kontaktiert und um die COC-Papiere gebeten. Mir wurde wiederholt zugesagt, dass diese zugeschickt würden. Trotzdem habe ich bis heute keine Unterlagen erhalten. Schließlich habe ich den Käuferschutz bei PayPal eingeschaltet. Leider konnte auch dadurch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erreicht werden. Am Ende wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich das Fahrrad in die USA zurückschicken soll, obwohl es ursprünglich aus einem Lager in Polen an mich geliefert wurde. Wenn man bedenkt, wie teuer der Versand eines kompletten Fahrrads in die USA ist, können die Rücksendekosten sogar höher sein als der Kaufpreis des Fahrrads. Ich finde es enttäuschend, dass trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme keine vernünftige Lösung gefunden wurde. Mein persönlicher Rat: Informieren Sie sich vor dem Kauf genau über die erforderlichen Papiere und die Rückgabebedingungen. Ich würde bei diesem Shop aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nicht noch einmal kaufen. Please think carefully before buying a bicycle from this manufacturer. I unfortunately had a very bad experience and haven't been able to reach a solution with the seller to this day. If you want to use and insure an e-bike in Germany, you must first clarify whether an operating permit or COC papers are required. Without the necessary documents, there may be problems with registration or insurance. I bought the bicycle and, after assembling it, discovered that no corresponding documents were included. I then contacted the seller several times by email and requested the COC papers. I was repeatedly assured that they would be sent. Despite this, I still haven't received any documents. Finally, I activated buyer protection with PayPal. Unfortunately, this also failed to achieve a satisfactory solution. In the end, I was told that I should send the bicycle back to the USA, even though it was originally shipped to me from a warehouse in Poland. Considering how expensive it is to ship a complete bicycle to the USA, the return shipping costs could even be higher than the purchase price of the bicycle. I find it disappointing that despite multiple attempts to contact them, no reasonable solution was found. My personal advice: Before purchasing, carefully research the required documents and return policy. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this shop again.

Unfortunately, the scooter had a serious stability problem: it started shaking and vibrating heavily at speeds above approximately 10 km/h. I contacted Punk Ride because I considered this a **safety issue**, especially since the scooter is used by a child. To their credit, they initially told me not to let my son use it until the problem was assessed. I sent them a video showing the problem. After that, however, the process became extremely frustrating. I was first asked to check and tighten various connections and the battery components. I did so and confirmed that everything was already properly tightened. I then explained that I suspected the wheels might be misaligned and requested a replacement scooter. Despite this, weeks passed without a solution. On September 21, I was told that they were still evaluating the issue and that, if a technical fault was confirmed, their warranty solution would be **replacement parts rather than a new scooter**. I clearly explained that I did not want replacement parts or a repair. I wanted a safe, functioning scooter for my child. I had already been waiting three weeks at that point. As of the latest communication, Punk Ride still could not confirm a replacement and could not even provide a shipping date. **The biggest problem for me is not simply that the scooter had a fault. Products can have defects. The problem is how the warranty case has been handled.** A company selling products for children should take a safety-related problem seriously and provide a clear and timely solution. Instead, I have spent weeks sending emails, providing videos, checking the scooter myself, and repeatedly asking for updates — while my child has been unable to use the scooter. **I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Punk Ride to think twice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. When a potentially dangerous product is involved, especially one used by a child, I expect a company to take responsibility, act quickly, and provide a clear solution. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Punk Ride.**
