I love the addition of auto-ship to Public Goods! I can rely on having my favorite shampoo, conditioner, face cream and snacks delivered reliably. I emailed Public Goods with a question about a future order and it was taken care of within minutes! *Shout out to Dan for his help! :)

We placed an order with Public Goods several months ago and loved the products. We didn’t think we used enough product to justify the monthly cost, but we were WRONG! The wide variety of products they have allows us to easily make our money back on the membership fee, and their products are more earth-friendly than any other company we’ve used. Public Goods was having a pretty awesome promotion running over the weekend. I didn’t see it until Sunday afternoon, so I nearly missed out. When I did see it, I couldn’t get it to load in my cart, so I sent an email describing my issue and within MINUTES (after hours!), a customer service agent had my issue fixed, under control, and off I went. Amazing customer service; fantastic products and pricing.

I love their products! Their brothless Ramen are what brought me to their site. But the quality products, cost effective deals and resolution based customer service are what have kept me. So far I've only tried their snacks and food, but I definitely have my eye on some of their kitchen items. I just placed my fourth order and can't wait until it's delivered!!

Good quality product with great packaging that I'd love to show at home. As a minimalist, I enjoy having aesthetically consistent products at home. I love that I can trust their product, which eliminates the need to compare hundreds of items and their ingredients. This makes my grocery shopping much easier.

The response time from customer service was fantastic. They understood the situation and responded so kindly with a resolve. I have been with Public Goods from the kickstart. I trust their products and their customer service.

Just an awful, unscrupulous firm that attempts to hide its plan to charge for costly "membership" whenever you buy anything from them -- anything at all, including small, low-cost items. Their photos also make the plastic bottles they sell things in look much, much larger than they are. This company obviously stays afloat by persistently deceiving consumers. You should stay away!
