Public Goods has been a great experience. The products they offer are top quality, eco conscious, and they work amazingly well for me (I have everything at this point - their moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner, handsoap, and lotion). Their candles are lovely - I’ve ordered many for myself and to give as gifts. Refills for their products are easy and economical - but the shampoo I recently ordered leaked (it happens). I contacted their support group and they made it right within minutes and I have a replacement on the way. Happy I discovered this company! Thanks Public Goods!

Public goods products are top quality, delivered quickly in well packed and sustainable packaging. Their commitment to minimalist excellence shines through in every product they sell. Their customer service is bar none the best on the internet. This review is not being written by a shill or a bot, I have used their services for years. I've had several issues ordering with them like a double order (boom have a refund and keep the free extra stuff) or a package damaged in transit (15 minutes after I notified them via email I had another delivery to track.)
