Bells & Whistles
So far so good!! Love all my gadgets on my phone. Being able to work my system remotely is wonderful. Wish I had this system when my daughter was in High School, would've made my life a lot easy

Wonderful customer service!!
The tech was wonderful. He worked with us to get everything installed correctly. He made sure my entire family understood how to operate everything. He was vet friendly, on time, and has been great with communication. He even called to make sure everything was going good later in the week after install. Definitely recommend Protection1---and especially Terry!!

Excellent Customer Service
My installer was great. He explained everything he was going to do for install as well as options. When done with install, he explain how to use the system. Very happy customer here!

Average
We started the process of upgrading my system at least three weeks ago. It has been done partially. However, we are still waiting for the process to complete. I am still waiting to hear from the salesperson.

Bad Service
My experience with this company so far is awful, and I haven't activated the system yet...Sales person was only active and responsive during his sales pitch...after I paid for the system nothing has gotten to me on time, nor the correct address...I'm not sure what too do at this point...Do I return the system...? REALLY BAD SERVICE SO FAR...!!!!

Too many phone calls
The sales rep was great, persistent but respectful. I love the system but I am not happy that they have basically harassed this review out of us. they have called my husband at least twice, if not three times a day asking him to submit a review. I will be letting USAA know about this since they recommended Protection 1.
