I had this system installed on 12-9-2015 and I have had to call for technical assistance at least 10 times. I purchased this system because I was having this same issue with another alarm system. I just made one month with this system and already I have had issues with two areas. I have had to by pass or call in to get a service reset at least 5 times so finally I am just continuing to by pass an area just to get the system to arm. This is not good service at all

P1 goes above and beyond to take excellent care of their customers. Their equipment is a bit, well "Fisher Price and Mattel had a baby." It is clunky, isn't what I expected for the price and has some functional quirks that would have been a deal breaker if I knew about them in advance. Our window and door sensors are large to begin with. Like they were in the 1980's. I had hoped that better tech had come along. They are so huge, they interfere with the windows ability to open and close. Also they come with this ridiculous velcro that makes them stick out an extra quarter inch. Our sensors are forever getting knocked off the doors and then have to be remounted. I give them 5 stars for service and 1 star for equipment = avg 3 stars. I'm not getting rid of them, but I dang sure ain't coming back.

I am so happy I made the decision to change over to Protection 1. Customer service has been fantastic, answering all my questions and helping me better understand the system. The technicians were on time, very thorough, and definitely knew what they were doing. Thank you!

Great support, professional, from the customer support that answered lots of questions about the best way to meet my needs to product questions about how the system operated and compared to other companies. The installation was also professional and they took time to make sure I understood the system and website, the system and site are easy and user friendly (even for a technologically challenged person, hate to admit it, but I am one of those people). The system has functioned exactly has they promised and I feel much safer having it. Their same day/next day service ability if anything ever goes wrong is unmatched by any other company. This was very important to me. Why have a system and pay for it if you can't use it? Many companies ( I researched more than a few) can take weeks or more to have someone available to fix a system. I would recommend this company and could not be more pleased with all of the professional people I have encountered, ever single one was above an beyond. Professional people, industry best products, and piece of mind!

Very happy with the service all around from their customer service to their service techs. The technician was friendly and on time. I really like the fact that they send you an email with the technician's name and that they are on the way.
