The salesman was horrible and didn't want to work with us to make us feel safe. I went from ADT to protection 1 because our community pays for the service otherwise I would have kept ADT. Your prices compared to everyone else is so high. Our control panel is so outdated that the technician was at our house all day trying to figure out how to turn it on. The prices were so high we couldn't afford to get a new control panel. If we had what we did with ADT it would cost us an arm and leg Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!

My experience from signing up the contract to activation of my system took close to two months whatever the reasons with ASG & Protection one. I was told the issues were with synchronizing and unable to synergize with the two systems. Incorrect Billing issues too!

The system works great once properly installed. We had difficulty in initial service but Protection 1 was very responsive and solved the technical issues promptly and professionally.

Their representative came out on very short notice and arranged for installation the next morning after we had an attempted break-in and before we had to leave that afternoon. The representative and installers were very courteous, experienced and helpful in teaching us how to operate the alarm system. USAA was correct in recommending Protection 1.

The services are great and the people are very knowledgeable and supportive. I appreciated so much that the installation tech took time to familiarize us with the panel operations, As well as leaving a manual to read. I'd recommend protection1 to anyone looking for quality services and support.

Very professional and technically competent Protection 1 technician who converted are original Security System into a State of the Art WiFi Home Security network. The Wireless sensors compliment our new windows and make any point of entry obvious.

The sales guy that we went through was HORRIBLE! He never called us back. We had to keep calling him and the main line just to get a hold of him. He didnt explain things very well about the service and prices of things. However, the guy that did the installation was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
