My service technician was fast and informing. Every time he did something he let me know what he was doing. He explained the app on my phone plus walked me through my system and he even called back a few days later just to make sure my family and the system was doing ok.

From the first phone call (CHERE') for equipment, costs, and monitoring questions, I was most impressed. After comparisons were accomplished and the decision was made to proceed with Protection1, the next step was wait for the equipment. Installation was quite thorough and I was very impressed with ALISHA and her patience. She was most helpfull in walking me through all steps of set up and testing. After a few days I called with additional questions regarding i phone and home computer monitoring, passwords etc. MACI directed me to SARA and all questions were answered. Your staff is equal to those I've delt with at USAA. Thank You!

Not sure what happened with my case. I called the week before to schedule an appointment for a consultation about services. I was a new customer wanting service....on my scheduled appointment the salesperson did not show up. I had to call the number and ask where he was. After asking where he was 10 minutes later he called. An hour later he showed up at my house. When he did arrive it often seemed like he was avoiding questions. I was asking about video products and he did not answer. There was no explanation of the billing process either. I was shocked to get my $200+ bill in the mail after being told it was only $50 a month. Apparently its billed quarterly for the services. Installation went ok. The system works as appropriate. Monitoring station does follow up on alarms which is appreciated.
