Installation was perfect, technician very polite friendly and professional. Set alarm off by walking out the back door prior to disarming the alarm and a Protection 1 rep contacted me immediately through the keypad. Can't say enough good about this service!

At this point, I have had no issues. The people that I have spoken with have been very nice, and reliable with knowledge about any of my questions. The installer was professional and on time!

I sleep with ease knowing my house is being taken care of by Protection 1. The technician was very professional during the installation process & both times I've accidentally set the alarm off, the customer service rep. has called very quickly to ensure everything is okay. Thank you!!!

The phone salesman said I need wifi for the motion picture to work. But the tech informed me other wise! That is the only complaint I have.

After carefully evaluating several alarm companies and hearing what each company had to offer. I realized that I was choosing a professional company that is serious about my family protections. From the initial visit all the way through the install of the equipment they explained every detail and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional company.
