Better Than previously used Service

After getting confirmation of being active and ready for protection, my pets recently set off a false alarm. That's when I find out I'm really not on the grid and the police was not called. On the one hand, it's good the pooch set the alarm off so I could realize I really wasn't being protected. Yet, the initial peace of mind I had went straight out the window, like my possessions with my recent burglary.

Alarm activated by mistake, customer service called me to make sure if everything was ok within seconds.

Everything went well except the doorbell camera has never worked. A technician came out 4 days ago and worked on it for about 4 hours and left. We have not heard from anyone since. So the camera or the doorbell does not work, and has not worked in almost a month. as far as the rest of the system is concerned, it works fine and is easy to use.

A few days after my installation, my basement door went offline and I get notifications/calls from Protection 1, but they have yet to send a technician out to repair the issue. It's funny how Protection will work with you to schedule an installation (get your money), but when it comes to repairs.....I've been waiting for a few weeks.

I was very happy with the install of the products and sensors. What I was unhappy about was the quality of service. I told them I had 4 windows and 1 door and they only sent me 2 window sensors and a door sensor. For the price that I paid for the system you would think they could customize it to house, but was told no zones are labeled and cannot be relabeled. When I asked for more window sensors since they had only sent 2 and I had the 4 windows they said we can do that for and extra charge.

Technician was very knowledgable about the service and products and explained things very well.
