Hey at least you got your money
Did not receive what I was told by salesman, I have no intention of keeping protection one after contract is up and will cancel at first opportunity beforehand that is available. I had no problem with price as it was competitive but if you tell me one thing and don't keep your word don't expect a good review or loyal customer

Protection One Run don't walk away. Worst alarm company ever!!!
The worst customer service ever!!! I have had my system for over a month. The system does not work still. I have had to call in to customer service weekly and see real promises made with none kept. Run far far far away from the company. Go try ADT I wish I would have went back to them. You will regret using protection one from day one!!!!

First Time Security Alarm Owner
Love the security although I recently had a break in and no one was caught thieves have gotten really smart. They might have gotten away with more had I not had Protection 1

Terrible company
They are terrible to deal with in customer service got hung up on 3 times and they hide costs in their billing. Their cancellation fees are ridiculous so better be with them for 5 years and in some cases more otherwise your paying lots of money. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told the customer service lady was the manager also lol wow

Obstacles
We appreciate the low cost equipment. Hopefully we can give a more favorable rating once the last obstacles are removed to activating our DIY Protection1 security system.
