I received my late diagnosis for autism at 56 years old. My whole experience working with Prosper Health during this process was very positive. Including from the very start with scheduling the assessment all the way through the assessment itself. The Psychologist who performed the assessment was very professional, warm and genuinely listened to everything I had talked about. She walked me through and explained the entire assessment process. I would recommend Prosper to anyone believing they are on the spectrum and wants to pursue having a formal diagnosis done.

Dr. Kristine Zytka is wonderful doctor. She is very educated, patient, a life saver and she has a very calming voice. On our zoom call if I did not understand the question, she would try to ask it a different way. The whole ordeal was tiring and it was tough to bring up my trauma but I was very comfortable with her. Kristine gave me the best gift... diagnosing me with Adult Autism level 2. She has given me and my family the answers we needed to go forward with my life that should have been addressed many years ago. The company's price was reasonable for my aunt. It is helpful that you ask loved ones to answer questionnaires to get an accurate diagnosis, reaching out to me the next day to see how I was doing touched me deeply and I can call anytime if I need to ask anything and also there will be a lot of support when I need it. Service is phenomenal. I feel very cared for and it makes me emotional. Thanks for everything.

Surprisingly, incredibly great experience. I am apprehensive of online psychiatry and my experience with the company and provider were excellent. They also have many valuable post-diagnosis support options, including no-cost group sessions by topic. Impressed.

Dr. Marsh was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate during our assessment meetings. I believe that she is probably quite representative of the caliber of Prosper Health staff. When I asked her for an accommodation letter she had one ready for me very quickly that was well written and thoughtfully targeted to my specific request.
