I feel heard, seen, and understood. I really enjoy my therapist and I’m learning a lot about myself.

I admit that before going into this, I was extremely nervous about it. But I was immediately made to feel comfortable from the very beginning all the way to the end. At no point did I feel pressured or judged, and I didn't feel like I was seen as a crazy person or a criminal, which are feelings I often get from almost every other clinical setting. The whole process was smooth and very easy to fit into my schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking some validation of their own, or even just to learn more about themselves
