Prosper Health has helped me get a new perspective on my life through an evaluation with a knowledgeable, warm, caring Psychologist. The process end-to-end has been extremely pleasant. They used my insurance to provide me upfront pricing and offered options that fit my needs. The experience has been so impactful that I decided to give Autism-focused therapy a try through them to see if it can continue to improve my quality of life. I love that I was able to choose both my evaluating Psychologist as well as the Therapist I’ll be working with based on helpful descriptive keywords and full profiles that gave me insight into who they are. I would absolutely recommend Prosper to anyone who is looking to receive efficient and affordable health care services.

The entire process was easy to navigate. The therapists have been very encouraging and supportive throughout the wand journey.

While I got the diagnosis and closure I needed I can’t help but feeling I had more time to discuss everything I wanted to. My clinician even stated on session 3 that he was unable to get enough information for certain areas which left me feeling dissatisfied that I could not answer more thoroughly. I feel as though there should be 4 sessions with the 3rd covering the missed bases so clients don’t feel as if they could have said more.

Everyone was very professional, and the assessment was *very* thorough; I learned a lot and never felt rushed. The entire process was explained in depth, and the ability to message my assessor between appointments to give additional information helped me feel less pressured during the assessment. The entire appointment-booking and insurance process was fast and easy, and I started my assessment one week after creating an account.
