Elizabeth was so kind and spoke in such a professional, yet comforting way it made the assessment less stressful than I imagined it was going to be. She listened to me and when I had trouble with questions she never hesitated to reword it so that I understood it.

The assessment process went smoothly. I appreciate that I could be assessed from my home. Getting a copy of my diagnosis result after the last appointment is the only part I have a problem with. It has been 2 weeks since that appointment and I still don’t have the results that I was told would be sent to me soon.
