It was a pleasure working with Prospect Mortgage - Mike and Michelle. They kept everyone updated throughout the process, as questions arose they were available and provided prompt answers, the process went smoothly and they were actually ready to close early! The experience was fabulous. As an agent I deal with a lot of lenders and I can honestly say that working with Mike and Michelle that I know the loan will get processed on time and if someone is pre-qualified that the loan will close. My experiences with them have been far superior to any other lenders my buyers have brought. I urge all of my buyers to at least check with Prospect as their track record is top notch.

Buyers lender failed to verify buyers education loan status causing 3 week delay in closing. Sellers could not receive any money for this delay as buyers loan would be in jeopardy. Sellers are out 3 weeks of mortgage/taxes/insurance. WE SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE HOME TO OTHER BUYERS.

Always on time up to date information about the loan process. Friendly, caring people (staff of experts). Was a pleasure doing business. Would definetly do business with them again. Highly recommended!
