I am so pleased with the extra mile that Vicki went to make me feel like a person, not just a house purchase- she was ALWAYS accessible and made things easy to understand-as a first time home buyer- that was very helpful. I also felt like she was a person- not someone trying to "woo me over" with big real estate/mortgage jargon- definitely appreciated that and the fact that she respects confidentiality to the nth degree. :-)
