My name is Israel Romero from Valley Hills Realty in Santa Maria Ca. It was a pleasure working with Maura Estrada from Prospect Mortgage. My clients were first time home buyers. Maura took the time to explain the step by step loan process. My buyers were satisfied with her efficiency. As a Realtor I will recommend her services to my buyers.

Both Oomai and Jamelie were absolutely amazing to work with. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were by my side every step of the way. Very personable and friendly, you will not find anyone better to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know looking for a mortgage. I would work with them again without a doubt, if the need ever arises. Simply the best!

Since day one, Paul Martinez and his team made our first time home buying experience, a hassle-free transition, Awesome mortgage rates, down payment financial, constant and great communication via email. If I had a question Paul and Chanda will answer within minutes even if they were enjoying a weekend out of the city. I will highly recommend Paul Martinez and his team to my friends so that can share the same great experience, I never though that buying a house could have been so easy. Thank you Paul and Chanda!
