Great experience
We had used a different mortgage broker in the past but our real estate agent suggested we talk with Brian Minkow. He was awesome. His team is also awesome and the whole process was very easy. I would certainly recommend Brian and his team at Prospect Mortgage.

Excellent service overall but misquoted down payment.
I am very happy with the service and felt that I was getting all of the attention that I needed. I was unhappily surprised, however, by a significant increase in the down payment required for the mortgage.
