My client was not the most vanilla so far as typical mortgage approvals go, there were many bumps in the road in shoring up her financing for her home purchase. Just to say, this is the first home I've ever purchased. I found Nick Long because I was originally looking at a 203k rehab. I am self employed which proves a little more challenging on income verification. I subsequently just closed on a move in ready Fannie Mae home and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything from inspection to home owners insurance, Nick guided me the whole way through. Prospect Mortgage was always one step ahead of the sellers, and funded my mortgage very quickly. Sandy Edelstein at Prospect Mortgage is a true professional. We had what must have been one of his more complicated applications (Super jumbo loan, international buyer) and Sandy made it as simple and straightforward as possible.
