I chose 1 star because 0 stars were not available. The entire process was mishandled from rate lock, underwriting, closing, and post closing and all parties left the transaction furious as a result of the really poor job done by Brian Caldwell, Rachel Woods, and Dana Gibson. An absolute nightmare. If you are considering using Homebridge for retail mortgage or brokered loans, don't. You'll thank me later.

We applied for a 203K HUD loan to get some much needed home repairs. I was lucky enough to find Frank Marini, a broker with personality and full knowledge of the 203K. Our credit wasn't the best and we had some debt, but Frank worked hard to get our loan through. We are so grateful to him for his fortitude to get us the loan. Thanks Frank!!

We had a difficult 2nd mortgage that couldn't be funded by our first broker. We came to Prospect and they got it funded quickly and smoothly, while keeping us abreast of the progress. I have nothing but good things to say about Fernando, Vina, Erica, and the whole team.

Adam Backes, Margaret Baione, and Nicole Radesi provided a superior level of service. The communication between them and the follow up with me during the process was exceptional. They clearly explained everything necessary so I could close successfully and they deserve a great deal of credit. Experience definitely matters and Adam, Margaret, and Nicole are an effective team. I would like to extend my thanks to them for making this a truly positive experience.

Scott Gilman and Al Osowski were great to work with. Any concerns I had they helped me with and made the re-fi process run smoothly. I would recommend them highly. I have used them multiple times and will use them in the future.

Richard Adams from Prospect Mortgage did a great job on our refinance. We would definitely use Richard and Prospect again.

Buying house was definitely one my biggest dreams, but to me a far away dream that wouldn't be possible for a long time...I was always so scared about the whole process as everyone I know would always tell me how much paperwork and everything else involved in the home buying process. Luckily I met Debora Kerr (Senior Loan officer) and that was the key to my home buying experience! Debora was 100% involved and always available to answer all my questions, when I first called her she made sure to give all the right instructions to getting myself ready to buy my home. After I found the house I wanted we were able to close within less then 45 days due to Debora's efficiency in structuring my loan, making sure nothing would be missing so we wouldn't have any delays. Debora is not only dedicated to her clients but she is also very educated on her field of work. I am forever grateful and appreciative for all your help Debora! You are the BEST!
