We applied for a 203K HUD loan to get some much needed home repairs. I was lucky enough to find Frank Marini, a broker with personality and full knowledge of the 203K. Our credit wasn't the best and we had some debt, but Frank worked hard to get our loan through. We are so grateful to him for his fortitude to get us the loan. Thanks Frank!!

After I found the house I wanted we were able to close within less then 45 days due to Debora's efficiency in structuring my loan, making sure nothing would be missing so we wouldn't have any delays.
